Procurement Administrator (Italian Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Procurement Administrator who is fluent in Italian and English to support our global purchasing operations. The role involves managing the full purchase order lifecycle, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, and delivering accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and cooperate with suppliers worldwide to ensure timely delivery.
• Initiate, monitor, and close purchase orders from issuance through receipt.
• Create, maintain and analyse a variety of procurement reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to reconcile purchase orders and ensure data consistency.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare statistical reports related to purchasing activities.

Required profile

• Higher diploma, preferably with a focus on finance or related field.
• Excellent command of English and good command of Italian.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar procurement or purchasing role is a plus.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP.

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
• Microsoft Office suite.
• SAP (knowledge preferred).
