Privacy & Technology Lawyer

About the role

Join PwC Greece’s Privacy & Technology team as a lawyer who will support clients on data protection, privacy, intellectual property and technology‑related matters, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence focusing on data protection, privacy, intellectual property and technology agreements such as licensing, SaaS and data‑processing contracts.
• Assist clients with compliance programmes and regulatory requirements, including GDPR, DORA, DSA and the AI Act.
• Prepare legal opinions on privacy, consumer and digital law matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Greek qualification) and admission to the Athens Bar or another Greek Bar Association.
• 2‑3 years post‑admission experience with solid knowledge of GDPR, DORA, DSA, consumer protection and intellectual property law.
• Fluent in English and Greek with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Positive, motivated attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
