Pharma Contracts Lawyer

About the role

ALG Manousakis Law Firm is seeking a Contracts Lawyer to join its contracts team, focusing on the pharmaceutical and life‑sciences sector. The successful candidate will draft, negotiate and manage complex commercial agreements for pharma clients while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including clinical trial agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution and licensing agreements, consulting and service agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
• Participate actively in contract negotiations, stakeholder meetings and cross‑functional collaboration with legal, commercial, regulatory, clinical and procurement teams.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance aspects of pharmaceutical contracts, covering pharmacovigilance, anti‑bribery, transparency requirements and interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Support development and maintenance of contracting tools and templates such as contract playbooks, clause libraries and standard terms.

Required profile

• University degree in Law with 2‑8 years of commercial contracting experience, either in a law firm or in‑house.
• Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., health/pharmaceutical law, commercial, business).
• Hands‑on experience in the full contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiation, execution and post‑signature administration.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish and/or Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues and senior management, and to work both independently and as part of a team.
