Corporate Legal Counsel

About the role

TaxStore Consulting is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join its multidisciplinary team in Athens. You will act as a trusted legal advisor, translating legal requirements into practical, business‑oriented solutions across a diverse portfolio of corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate governance and ongoing legal support for Greek companies.
• Incorporate new entities and manage corporate restructurings.
• Draft and amend Articles of Association and other corporate documents.
• Prepare Board of Directors and General Meeting minutes, resolutions, and approvals.
• Handle corporate filings, registrations, and announcements with G.E.MI.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and service agreements.
• Structure and document intra‑group transactions and intercompany arrangements.
• Offer legal input on corporate transactions in collaboration with Tax, Finance, and Accounting teams.
• Coordinate with external counsel, notaries, authorities, and other advisors as needed.

Required profile

• Law degree from a Greek university.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with in‑house counsel exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Greek corporate and commercial law.
• Hands‑on experience with corporate governance and secretarial matters.
• Solid experience with company incorporations, Articles of Association, and G.E.MI procedures.
• Experience in intra‑group transactions, intercompany agreements, and parent‑subsidiary structures.
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and strong commercial judgement.
