Portfolio Account Manager – Yachts

About the role

OneOcean is seeking a Portfolio Account Manager focused on the yacht sector. You will be the primary liaison for a defined portfolio of yacht customers, ensuring regular contact, driving renewals, and uncovering upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to support the company’s zero‑emission maritime mission.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture a set of yacht accounts, conducting quarterly check‑ins and comprehensive account reviews.
• Develop organisational charts and stakeholder engagement plans to navigate customer structures.
• Qualify decision‑making processes, identify pain points, and position OneOcean solutions to drive revenue growth.
• Lead meetings, align on strategic objectives, and support contract negotiations and renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value demonstrations and commercial proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or portfolio management within a maritime or related industry.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen to identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
