Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are recruiting Customer Service Representatives for a range of global brands and clients. The position is based in Athens, where you will join Concentrix’s multicultural #GameChangers team and use your Polish language skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats from customers.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods.
• Meet personal and team targets, including call‑handling quotas.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required profile

• Proven customer support or client service experience.
• Fluent in Polish and good level of English.
• Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and active listening abilities.
• Strong written skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company.
