Pharmacy Sales Representative – North Greece

About the role

APIVITA is seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Sales Representative to promote its natural cosmetics brands in the North Greece region. You will be the face of the company in pharmacies, driving brand visibility and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned pharmacies regularly to present products and gather market insights.
• Provide sales coaching and industry mapping to pharmacy partners.
• Maintain accurate client records, set visit goals, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts, manage order placement, follow‑up, and payment processes.
• Deliver pre‑ and post‑sale service, resolving client issues promptly.
• Ensure proper merchandising and placement of promotional materials according to company guidelines.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and training seminars.

Required profile

• BSc in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s/MBA considered an asset).
• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Sales Representative in the cosmetics industry, specifically within the pharmacy channel (online and offline).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong command of the English language.
