Pharmacy Sales Representative

About the role

Join HARTMANN as a Pharmacy Sales Representative and become a trusted partner for pharmacies in the Glyfada region. You will help healthcare professionals focus on patient care by delivering high‑quality products and solutions that make a real difference.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of pharmacies within the assigned territory.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Promote and sell HARTMANN products using a consultative approach.
• Maintain product visibility, merchandising standards, and optimal stock levels.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Provide product training and commercial support to pharmacy teams.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure proper credit management and timely collections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to manage time and territory effectively.
• Fluent in English and holder of a valid driving licence.
