Personal Trainer – Fitness Club

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join the House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members’ club in central Athens. You will guide members through personalized fitness journeys, ensure the gym areas are safe and welcoming, and contribute to a vibrant club culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt individualized training programs based on assessments, goals and fitness levels.
• Coach members on strength, cardiovascular training, recovery and injury prevention following NYNN’s fitness philosophy.
• Drive personal‑training sales in a discreet, professional manner.
• Supervise the cardio, strength and functional training zones when not delivering sessions, maintaining cleanliness, safety and proper equipment usage.
• Monitor technique, provide real‑time form corrections and modify exercises as needed.
• Collaborate with group‑class instructors and other trainers to create a welcoming atmosphere and seamless member experience.
