Performance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Manager to lead paid‑media strategy for our clients. The role goes beyond setting up campaigns – it requires a data‑driven mindset that translates media metrics into real business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise Meta, Google and TikTok advertising campaigns, with occasional LinkedIn projects.
• Develop performance strategies aligned with brand objectives such as awareness, traffic, leads, sales or bookings.
• Allocate and manage media budgets, focusing on efficiency and growth.
• Test audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies and campaign structures on an ongoing basis.
• Monitor KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, conversions) and produce monthly and ad‑hoc performance reports.
• Analyse conversion funnels from first touchpoint to final business result and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Creative and Account teams to ensure a unified ecosystem.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging AI tools that impact performance marketing.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in performance marketing and paid media.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a commercial mindset.
• Curiosity for AI applications in research, analysis and optimisation.
