Operations Manager, Marketplace

About the role

As an Operations Manager, Marketplace for Bolt in Greece, you will be responsible for maximising marketplace performance by securing strategic partnerships and driving initiatives that boost both supply and demand. You will lead a local operations team, work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, and directly influence rider satisfaction through improved driver quality, availability, and overall marketplace efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing operations team, fostering ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Execute supply acquisition, retention and engagement strategies for fleet owners and drivers.
• Set clear KPIs, monitor metrics and implement data‑driven action plans to enhance driver quality, availability and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with fleet owners and key stakeholders, using insights to guide business decisions.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives from planning to execution, partnering with Product, Marketing, Finance, Business Development and Central Operations.
• Design and launch local campaigns and process improvements that positively influence driver behaviour and marketplace outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, mobility or a similarly fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for strategic decision‑making.
• Excellent project management skills and experience driving cross‑functional initiatives.
• Fluent communication skills in both Greek and English.
