Operations Assistant

About the role

Smart Homes Group is seeking a motivated Operations Assistant to support its real‑estate development and property‑management activities. This on‑site role offers hands‑on experience across construction coordination, supplier management, and daily administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day operations of real‑estate development and property‑management projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers, technicians and external partners.
• Monitor construction, renovation and delivery activities.
• Help organise purchases, deliveries, furniture, appliances and equipment for properties.
• Maintain project documentation, quotations, invoices, contracts and other records.
• Support property‑management operations, including maintenance requests, cleaning, repairs and general issues.
• Provide research, reporting, data collection and administrative assistance to the management team.
• Schedule meetings, appointments and other operational activities, handling ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Proactive, organized and reliable individual who enjoys getting things done.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable interacting with contractors, suppliers, technicians and clients.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
