Onsite IT Technician

About the role

This position is based on‑site at an office in Kallithea, Athens, with occasional visits to a production facility in Koropi. The technician will provide end‑user support, act as the local service desk, and collaborate with global IT teams to ensure business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up, log, and resolve tickets via ServiceNow (preferred) for desktop, laptop, iPad, and phone issues.
• Provide desk‑side and remote support, escalating incidents to global support groups as needed.
• Participate in annual IT Workplace Refresh projects, including hardware replacement, imaging, and IMAC tasks.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, patching, and rack‑mount installation of switches and devices.
• Support hardware setup for printers, scanners, and Lenovo PCs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in an IT support role.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects, and communicate technical information to non‑technical users.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Greek and good level of English.
