MyDATA Consultant

About the role

Grant Thornton Greece is looking for a MyDATA Consultant to join its tax and accounting team. The consultant will support clients in meeting the Greek MyDATA reporting requirements and help implement the necessary systems.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in MyDATA implementation projects, adapting the role to prior experience.
• Provide tax and accounting consulting services related to MyDATA compliance.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting system errors and handling complex data issues.
• Deliver high‑quality client service and work collaboratively with a team of qualified professionals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive their implementation.
• Anticipate regulatory changes and guide clients through ambiguous situations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience on MyDATA projects or a strong interest in gaining such experience.
• Proven experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Any background in tax, accounting, ERP or project management is considered an asset.
• Completion of the KOE Taxation Seminar or a comparable program is a significant advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English.
• Fulfilled military obligations and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
