Mechanical Engineer – R&D & Product Development

About the role

EmDoT S.A. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join its innovative IoT solutions team. You will work on high‑tech mechanical projects, contributing to research, design, development, and industrialization of new products.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create initial designs for mechanical systems.
• Develop detailed product designs and components using CAD tools.
• Plan and execute design of experiments and prototype testing.
• Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and technical evaluations.
• Optimize product performance, reliability, and prepare designs for industrial production.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong background in CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Siemens NX, CATIA, or equivalent).
• Experience in design and development of mechanical systems and components.
• Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and product optimization.
• Ability to work across research, design, development, and industrialization phases.
