Marketing Executive

About the role

Figame.com, Greece’s leading corporate travel management company, is seeking a Marketing Executive to strengthen its brand across digital and traditional channels. Based in Athens, you will work onsite with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that support growth in Greek, European and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage content for Figame’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and brand identity.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse engagement metrics and produce regular reports.
• Support content creation for digital channels, email marketing and internal communications.
• Collaborate with sales and account‑management teams to align marketing activities with business development objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer‑facing materials.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activity and best practices in social media.
• Assist in planning and promoting company events, partnerships and PR initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or social media management.
• Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
• Strong writing, communication and organisational abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with the travel, corporate services or B2B sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with social media management tools and platforms.
• Proficiency in content design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
