Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the role

Constrat, a leading water‑resources management company, is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Specialist. You will help boost the brand’s visibility, support corporate communication initiatives, and drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and communication activities across digital and offline channels to support brand visibility and corporate objectives.
• Create and manage content for social media, website, newsletters, presentations, case studies and other marketing materials.
• Plan, execute and monitor email marketing and CRM communications.
• Collaborate with external agencies, designers, suppliers and other partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Support employer branding, corporate communication and business‑development initiatives.
• Organise the company’s participation in exhibitions, conferences, industry events and networking activities.
• Maintain website content, assist with SEO initiatives and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor research, track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Assist with marketing budget tracking and ensure consistent application of the corporate identity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong organisational and project‑coordination abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with content creation, social media management and email marketing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital campaign execution.
