Marketing & Communications Associate

About the role

Dialectica is seeking a Marketing & Communications Associate to drive its employer brand and produce short‑form video content. The role combines storytelling, on‑camera presentation, and internal communication to showcase the company’s culture and engage both external candidates and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce authentic short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn that highlight Dialectica’s people, culture and career opportunities.
• Appear on‑camera as a brand ambassador, interview team members and create social‑first content from recruitment events and career fairs.
• Develop and distribute internal newsletters and communications for EMEA and APAC offices, ensuring alignment and engagement.
• Support company‑wide events such as All‑Hands by preparing clear, strategic materials.
• Contribute editorial pieces, blog articles and interviews for Dialectica’s owned channels.
• Assist in gathering and analysing content performance data, using AI‑driven insights to recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing or communications.
• Comfortable creating, writing and presenting on camera.
• Strong storytelling ability and a passion for employer branding.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Basic data analysis and ability to interpret performance metrics.
