Legal Specialist (Corporate & Commercial)

About the role

Hellenic Ammunition S.A. is looking for a Legal Specialist to join its team in Lavrio. The role provides comprehensive legal advice and support across corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory and operational matters, helping the business manage risk and stay compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Advise management and business units on corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory and operational issues.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of contracts and agreements, including services, works, supply, employment contracts and NDAs.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, policies and legal workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external law firms on contractual, employment, procurement and project‑related matters.
• Support corporate governance activities, including board and shareholder matters.
• Assist with GDPR implementation and handle related data‑subject requests.
• Monitor internal policies and procedures, providing guidance on compliance and industry‑specific requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified Greek lawyer; an LLM is a strong plus.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in corporate and commercial law, preferably in a structured law‑firm environment handling international clients or in‑house.
• Experience in defence‑industry legal matters, in‑house practice, or as a Data Protection Officer is considered a plus.
