Legal Counsel

About the role

Vodafone is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support for its business initiatives within the highly regulated telecommunications sector. The role focuses on litigation, public procurement, and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Vodafone before courts and regulatory bodies, coordinating with external counsel.
• Manage litigation matters, including civil, criminal, and administrative cases.
• Provide legal support for public procurement processes and bids.
• Draft, review, and negotiate supplier, distribution, franchise, retail, and wholesale agreements.
• Advise Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Sales on regulatory changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of post‑qualification experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Experience in litigation and commercial contract drafting.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Member of the Greek Bar Association.
