Lead Management Executive

About the role

ENTERSOFTONE is seeking a motivated Lead Management Executive to join its fast‑growing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers reaching out via live chat, phone, web forms or marketing campaigns, guiding them toward the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels.
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls to capture business needs.
• Accurately record all interactions and request details in the CRM system.
• Prioritise and route qualified leads to the appropriate Commercial team.
• Follow up on pending requests and provide additional information when required.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure seamless lead handling.
• Deliver a friendly, professional, and positive first‑contact experience.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or direct customer support.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, both phone and digital channels.
• Excellent listening ability, questioning techniques, and customer‑need analysis.
• Good interpersonal, persuasion and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools; prior CRM experience is a plus.
