Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

ENTERSOFTONE is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join its fast‑growing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling inquiries from live chat, phone calls, website forms and marketing campaigns, and guiding them toward the right solution.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer contacts via live chat, phone, and web forms.
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls to capture business needs.
• Record all interactions and customer data accurately in the CRM system.
• Prioritise and organise requests based on interest level and urgency.
• Hand over qualified leads to the appropriate Commercial team with complete information.
• Follow up on pending requests for additional details or clarification.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure seamless request handling.
• Deliver a friendly, professional, and positive first‑contact experience.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or a role involving direct customer communication.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, both on the phone and via digital channels.
• Ability to listen actively, ask relevant questions and understand customer needs.
• Good organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Comfortable using digital tools; prior experience with a CRM system is a plus.
