Lawyer – Regulation, Corporate and Real Estate Law

About the role

We are seeking a diligent lawyer with a strong interest in regulation, corporate and real estate law. The successful candidate will join a team of experienced professionals and contribute to high‑quality legal work for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle regulatory matters, corporate transactions and real estate legal issues.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and directly with clients to understand their needs.
• Utilise automation tools and modern legal technology to produce accurate and efficient deliverables.
• Prepare legal documents, opinions and reports independently.

Required profile

• Law degree from a Greek university with a minimum grade of 7.5 and a consistently strong academic record.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver complete legal assignments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Greek and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using legal automation and technology platforms (specific tools not listed).
