Junior Wireless Product Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is looking for a motivated Junior Wireless Product Manager to join its Southeast European Wireless Network & Cloud Core Network Solution Sales Department. Based in Athens, you will support the development and execution of wireless solution strategies across 2G/3G/4G/5G, microwave backhaul and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the mobile industry environment, identify operator strategies and translate market insights into resource and solution plans.
• Support customers in defining requirements and guide the development of wireless solutions that align with market needs.
• Drive sales projects, implement strategies and work toward order and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and internal technical teams, champion product improvements and enhance solution competitiveness.
• Participate in brand marketing activities and ecosystem building to increase industry influence.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of mobile communications (2G/3G/4G/5G, microwave backhaul, wireless radio antenna, indoor coverage, site energy).
• Ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and risk‑assessment capabilities.
