Junior Relationship Manager (Client Activation)

About the role

Freedom24, the European division of Freedom Holding Corp., an international investment group giving clients access to global financial markets, is expanding its team in Europe and is looking for a Junior Relationship Manager to work with European markets. The role focuses on activating and engaging clients and building long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the existing client base and re-engage clients while developing long-term relationships
• Communicate with clients by phone and messaging platforms
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls
• Advise clients on the company's products and services
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Keep client information up to date in the CRM system

Required profile

• Recent university graduate or final-year student (Economics, Finance, Philology or a related field, or finishing a degree)
• Fluent English and Greek; additional European languages such as French, German, Spanish or Polish are an advantage
• Previous experience in sales, call centers, banking, insurance, financial services or other client-facing roles is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle many clients at once, results-driven mindset and willingness to grow in an international company
