Junior Legal Counsel, Corporate & Compliance

About the role

Signal Group is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support corporate governance, entity management, KYC, sanctions and broader compliance across its global operations. Reporting to the VP Legal, you will collaborate with Finance, HR, Information Security and external counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain corporate records, UBO and officer information, board and shareholder resolutions, statutory filings and annual obligations for all Group entities.
• Coordinate jurisdiction‑specific requirements with local counsel and corporate service providers.
• Support corporate projects such as restructurings, incorporations, dissolutions, post‑acquisition integrations and intercompany reorganisations, managing documentation and deadlines.
• Act as the primary legal contact for KYC and sanctions matters, reviewing information, coordinating screening processes and handling counterparty queries.

Required profile

• Junior‑level legal professional.
• Ability to work closely with internal teams (Finance, HR, Information Security) and external counsel.
• Strong organisational skills to ensure accuracy of corporate and compliance records.
