Junior Customer Service Agent

About the role

Stoiximan is looking for a Junior Customer Service Agent to join its Customer Service team, the primary touchpoint for players in Greece and Cyprus. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring fast, courteous, and accurate responses while upholding the company’s responsible gaming standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer questions, complaints, and comments via live‑chat, email, social media and phone.
• Act as the first line of defense and escalation for all customer issues.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust through open, interactive communication.
• Treat customers with respect, following company policies and ensuring satisfaction with the provided solution.
• Communicate internally with other departments and follow up on pending requests.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a willingness to help customers.
• Good PC proficiency and familiarity with MS Office / G Suite.
• Fluent Greek and solid command of English.
• Previous experience in online customer service is a plus.
• Availability to work in shifts (24/7), including weekends and holidays.
