Junior Brand Manager

About the role

Join Concepts SA’s dynamic marketing team as a Junior Brand Manager, supporting the growth of premium beverage brands in the Greek market. This full‑time, on‑site position in Piraeus offers hands‑on experience in brand planning, campaign execution, and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing brand plans, marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor brand performance, analyse market data, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with sales, trade‑marketing, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage digital and in‑store activations, contribute to brand communication materials, and support events and tastings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Interest in FMCG or beverage sector and basic understanding of marketing principles.
• Analytical mindset for market research, data interpretation and performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
• Strong organisational and project‑coordination abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools
• Experience with social media platforms
