Junior AI Video Specialist

About the role

NAF is expanding its AI Department to meet growing demand for generative video production, working with brands to deliver video content that performs across platforms. It is looking for an AI Video Specialist to join client projects from brief to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Generate visual content with text-to-video and image-to-video models (Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway), choosing the right model for each shot
• Interpret client briefs, produce reference imagery and review every output against the requirement
• Identify and fix generation artefacts, continuity breaks and character inconsistency before work reaches the client
• Edit and finish in Premiere Pro, applying AI extensions in the timeline and delivering the full audio element (voice, music, sound design and mix)
• Build and document repeatable workflows for the wider team
• Track new model releases, test them and advise on what is worth adopting

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Portfolio showing AI-driven video production alongside some conventional edited work
• An eye for artefacts and the discipline to regenerate rather than ship compromised work
• Willingness to present work, take feedback and share learnings with the team
• Professional-level Greek and English, written and spoken

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Seedance, Kling, Veo or Runway, plus generative image tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or Firefly
• Video editing foundation, comfortable in Premiere Pro and able to build a clean cut with usable audio
