IT Q360 Engineer

About the role

QUALCO is looking for an IT Q360 Engineer to join its fintech platform team. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and providing L2 support for Azure‑based workloads that power credit and loan management solutions for banks worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain IaaS/PaaS resources in Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines and SQL databases.
• Administer and troubleshoot Azure Application Gateways and Front Door configurations.
• Apply GPO‑based security hardening and baseline configurations on Azure VMs.
• Configure and sustain monitoring and alerting infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents, providing work‑arounds or escalating when necessary.
• Participate in technical pre‑sales activities such as Azure cost estimation and monitoring design.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve problems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group’s anti‑bribery policy.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (deployment and maintenance).
• Client‑facing experience with strong communication skills in English.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively within cross‑functional and project teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS, Application Gateway, Front Door.
• Internet networking protocols relevant to cloud and hybrid connectivity.
• Microsoft Active Directory (OU/GPOs) administration.
• SQL Server and Azure database services (PaaS/IaaS).
• Internet Information Services (IIS).
• Monitoring and full‑stack observability platforms.
• Azure Administrator Associate certification (AZ‑104) – preferred.
