About the role
The Internal Control Specialist will join the Group Internal Control team at Coca-Cola HBC, supporting management processes, fraud prevention, compliance, and risk mitigation across a multinational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform walkthroughs to assess the design effectiveness of internal controls.
- Execute testing of internal controls for operational effectiveness according to the annual testing plan.
- Report control deficiencies, coordinate remediation actions, and monitor progress.
Required profile
- Experience testing internal controls in an international setting or audit experience at a Big Four firm.
- Background in FMCG or CPG industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, SOEL, CIA (in progress or completed) is a plus.
- Fluent English communication skills.
