Information Security Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Information Security Officer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the CISO, you will be the operational backbone of our Information Security Program, translating strategy into action across risk management, compliance and incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the ISMS in line with ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA and GDPR.
• Conduct risk assessments for infrastructure, change requests, suppliers and AI systems.
• Lead or coordinate response to information security incidents and test incident response playbooks.
• Support Business Continuity Management, including impact analyses and recovery plans per ISO 22301 and DORA.
• Answer customer security due‑diligence questionnaires and assist with contract security reviews.
• Promote security awareness and secure development practices across the organization.
• Assess and govern secure use of AI tools, advising on AI risk and responsible deployment.
• Collect evidence for regulatory compliance and internal audits, and report on security KPIs and KGIs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in information or cyber security.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies and security controls.
• Hands‑on experience with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2 and DORA compliance.
• Proven incident‑management skills aligned with ISO/IEC 27035.
• Ability to assess third‑party and supplier security risk.
• Experience responding to customer DDQs and participating in security contract reviews.
• Familiarity with AI security risks (OWASP LLM Top 10, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act).
• Professional certification such as CISM, CISSP or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
• Excellent communication in English.
