Influencer & Community Senior Manager

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new Influencer & Community capability for P&G in Romania and Greece. As the Senior Manager you will own the end‑to‑end vision, operating model and business case, building a high‑performing team that drives brand relevance and consumer trust across all categories.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Influencer & Community strategy and roadmap for the Romania‑Greece cluster.
• Design the in‑house operating model, decision matrix and SOPs, balancing agency and internal work.
• Lead and develop a cluster‑wide team of I&CM managers and Centre‑of‑Excellence leads.
• Own the financial plan, report results to executive stakeholders and make trade‑off decisions on resourcing and investment.
• Partner with IT and Marketing Tech to implement digital measurement tools, set performance standards and drive automation.
• Ensure cross‑market and cross‑category consistency, sharing best practices and creator relationships.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience building or transforming capabilities.
• Strong P&L ownership and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Track record of assembling and coaching high‑performing teams.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on measurable business impact.
