Influencer & Community Manager

About the role

Join P&G Greece’s newly created Influencer & Community team and shape how leading brands engage with creators, experts and consumers. You will be responsible for driving brand relevance and consumer trust through creator partnerships, culturally relevant content and ongoing conversations on key social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end influencer, creator and expert strategies aligned with regional guidance.
• Identify, vet, onboard and manage talent across tiers, handling contracts, budgets and performance reporting.
• Own community engagement on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms, including moderation, sentiment monitoring and issue escalation.
• Collaborate with Brand, Media, Reputation and Creative teams to build integrated, social‑first content calendars and amplify high‑performing creator content.
• Monitor social conversations, cultural trends and competitor activity using internal and external listening tools, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer, creator or community management within a brand or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of creator culture, platform dynamics and how content drives growth.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Brand, Media, Reputation and Creative stakeholders.
• Experience using social listening tools to extract insights and inform strategy.
