HR Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Consultant to join our international team supporting employees across Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg and other EU countries. The role acts as a key liaison between employees and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of HR queries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare new employee files, onboarding documentation and manage training plans.
• Organise progress meetings with clients and contribute to employee development plans.
• Support the employee evaluation process and oversee compensation and benefits documentation.
• Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations, including interview scheduling, employment and tax data collection.
• Handle employee requests, complaints, grievance procedures and visa/work‑permit issuance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Human Resources or related social sciences.
• 1‑3 years of experience in an organized HR department, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a strong plus.
• Positive, results‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
