HR Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Consultant to join our international team, supporting employees across Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg and other EU countries. Working primarily from home with occasional on‑site visits, you will act as the key liaison between staff and our clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of HR queries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare new employee files, onboarding documentation and manage training plans.
• Organise progress meetings with clients and contribute to employee development and evaluation processes.
• Oversee compensation and benefits documentation and handle visa/work permit issuance.
• Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations, including scheduling interviews and collecting employment and tax information.
• Address employee requests, complaints and grievance procedures in line with HR policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Human Resources or related social sciences.
• 1‑3 years of experience in an organized HR department, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and English fluency; French is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general internet tools.
