About the role
Barrière is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Staff member to join its luxury resort on Paraga Beach, Mykonos. The role involves supporting the daily operations of the Housekeeping department to maintain the high standards expected by guests.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the organization and administrative management of the Housekeeping department.
- Ensure the quality of room service across the property.
- Adjust staff schedules according to business activity.
- Supervise, motivate, lead, plan and oversee all Housekeeping staff.
- Ensure compliance with Barrière Group procedures and LQA standards.
- Act as General Housekeeper in the absence of the designated manager.
- Train and welcome new employees.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
