Gym Trainer – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Barrière Group at Fouquet’s Mykonos, a premium Mediterranean retreat, as a Gym Trainer. You will be the ambassador of well‑being, delivering personalized fitness assessments and training sessions to discerning guests in a stunning beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the fitness centre and provide a luxury wellness experience.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design individualized training programmes.
• Lead personal training sessions while maintaining the highest safety and professionalism standards.
• Instruct guests on proper use of equipment and exercise techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the fitness area.
• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Promote the hotel’s wellness facilities and encourage guest participation.
• Ensure compliance with Barrière Group standards, health and safety regulations, and LQA service standards.

Required profile

• Passion for health, fitness and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming, motivating attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hotel team.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Required skills

• Fitness assessment and personal training expertise.
• Knowledge of gym equipment operation and safety protocols.
