Guest Service Associate – Hotel F&B (Athens)

About the role

We are looking for a Service team member to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our hotel’s food & beverage venues and room service in Athens. You will interact directly with guests, taking orders, serving and ensuring a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders and serve food and beverage items in all hotel F&B areas and via room service.
• Prepare, clean and set‑up service stations to meet service standards.
• Present menus, make recommendations and answer guest queries.
• Maintain a professional yet friendly demeanor, contributing to a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health, safety, fire and security procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented, self‑motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Experience in a similar role at a 4‑5 star hotel.
• Strong English language skills.
