About the role
The 91 Athens Riviera private members club is seeking a Front Desk Agent who will be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the face of 91 Athens Riviera and respond positively to all inquiries and needs of members.
- Answer requests and complaints from members via phone, email, or in person.
- Coordinate the full cycle of bookings for members.
- Ensure compliance with the club’s rules and regulations.
- Inform guests about facilities and follow arrival procedures.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new members.
- Support ad‑hoc organization and rollout of events within the club.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Customer‑oriented and friendly.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
