Graduate Role – Real Estate Advisory

About the role

We are seeking bright, energetic recent graduates to join Resolute Cepal Greece Group and its subsidiaries in Athens. The position offers exposure to a variety of real‑estate projects, working closely with asset management, property, strategy, business development, advisory and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite real‑estate asset portfolios.
• Prepare multi‑annual recovery business plans for banks, financial institutions and property owners.
• Create presentations for senior teams and partners.
• Develop strategic financial models for portfolio management and monetisation.
• Produce reports for Resolute management and clients.
• Support additional corporate projects as required.

Required profile

• BA/BSc in finance, accounting or engineering with strong academic record.
• Post‑graduate degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of related experience; advisory, consulting, investment banking or related fields a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional European languages a benefit.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work onsite.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word.
• Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint.
