German Speaking Outbound Sales Representative – Ad Sales, Athens

About the role

The company is looking for a German‑speaking Outbound Sales Representative to drive ad‑sales in Athens. You will prospect new advertisers, reactivate dormant accounts and convert conversations into measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling and first‑contact engagement.
• Initiate conversations with advertisers, quickly establishing relevance and interest.
• Reactivate dormant or under‑developed accounts and develop them into sales opportunities.
• Use consultative, needs‑based selling techniques to identify advertiser challenges.
• Drive revenue by converting engagement into commercial results and manage objections professionally.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline, using CRM and sales enablement tools to track activity.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital advertising products, tools, platforms and market developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of proven outbound or B2B sales experience, preferably in digital advertising.
• Native or near‑native German and fluent English.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct cold‑calling and initiate conversations with prospects.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on conversion, revenue and sales targets.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
