German-English Customer Success Account Manager

About the role

Join TTEC as a German‑English Customer Success Account Manager in Athens and help businesses achieve their goals through tailored cloud solutions. You will combine strategic thinking, product expertise and a customer‑focused mindset to drive revenue and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospects, understand their business needs and recommend suitable products.
• Research customer contracts and history using platforms such as Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and create customer‑specific use cases.
• Manage a high‑volume pipeline, providing accurate updates and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and expand product adoption.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with decision‑makers, advising on business objectives.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Outbound sales experience with a focus on prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑based solutions and subscription models.
• Proven ability to manage a high‑volume pipeline and meet sales targets.
• Confidence presenting to C‑suite executives and advising on strategic decisions.
