Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

Palladion Gym has been part of the Ilioupoli fitness community since 1987. We’re looking for an organized, outgoing person to join our front‑desk team and help create a welcoming, professional experience for every member and visitor. This role goes beyond greeting people at reception; you’ll support members throughout their experience, introduce prospective members to our services and membership options, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors, answer questions, and guide them to the right information or service.
• Present membership options, classes, and gym services to prospective members.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels, following up with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date member information and requests in our systems.
• Collaborate with trainers and team members to resolve day‑to‑day issues.
• Organize front‑desk operations and communicate important updates between shifts.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
• Organized, reliable approach with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence using computers and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude toward sales and helping people choose the right membership.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, sales, or the fitness industry is a plus.
