Front Desk Intern

About the role

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, ranked No. 27 in the World's 50 Best Hotels, is looking for a Front Desk Intern. You will support the team in delivering warm, professional and personalized service throughout the guest journey, gaining hands-on experience in arrivals, departures, reservations, guest profiles, room status and service recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Support guests in person, by phone, chat and email with professionalism and Four Seasons hospitality.
• Help with room status updates, early arrivals, late check-outs, group departures and special requests.
• Personalize reservations and guest profiles using hotel systems.
• Track guest concerns, complaints and service issues and help with follow-up.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge and other departments.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reports and daily Front Desk operations.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel School or a related field.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Passion for guest service and creating exceptional experiences.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity, initiative, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Professionalism, integrity and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Good computer literacy.
• Fluent English.

The internship is full-time and fixed-term, with 5 working days per week, 8.5 hours each day, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
