French‑speaking Customer Service Representative – Thessaloniki or Remote (Greece)

About the role

Workster Jobs is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a fast‑growing technology client. The position can be based in Thessaloniki or performed remotely from anywhere in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering professional assistance across phone, email and live‑chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries in French via phone, email and live chat.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems and provide timely, accurate solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining clear documentation.
• Close support tickets efficiently and ensure follow‑up where needed.
• Record common issues and contribute to process‑improvement reports.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French with strong written and spoken English (minimum B2).
• At least one year of experience in a customer support or contact‑centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems resourcefully.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
