French Speaking Inside Sales Representative – Athens Office

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our Athens office on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for driving revenue through renewals, product sales and service upsells while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products and services.
• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop deep product and technical knowledge to propose tailored solutions.
• Promote products and services proactively to increase customer retention and expansion.
• Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long‑term product adoption.
• Use data insights to spot at‑risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Address customer concerns, remove obstacles and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle objections effectively to retain customers and secure new business.
• Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French with fluency in English (minimum B2).
• Proven experience meeting individual or team sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology and data.
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.
