French Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Concentrix Greece as a French Speaking Customer Service Representative in Athens. You will deliver memorable experiences to customers of leading global brands, using your French language skills and strong communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and live chats from French‑speaking customers.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
• Maintain records of interactions, process accounts and file documents.
• Meet personal and team targets, including call‑handling quotas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support or client service.
• Fluent in French with a good level of English.
• Strong focus on customer needs and ability to understand customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and active listening skills.
• Strong written skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance.
