French-English Customer Success Account Manager

About the role

As a French‑English Customer Success Account Manager at TTEC in Athens, you will combine strategic thinking, product expertise and a customer‑focused mindset to drive success and revenue growth. You will build strong relationships with decision‑makers, deliver tailored product recommendations and ensure the adoption of cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospects, understand their business needs and provide customized product recommendations.
• Research customer contracts and history using tools such as Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and create customer‑specific use cases that highlight solution value.
• Manage a high‑volume pipeline, providing accurate updates and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and expand product adoption.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships, advising customers on business objectives and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Proven outbound sales experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation and closing.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑based solutions and subscription models.
• Ability to engage C‑suite decision makers and present strategic recommendations.
• Track record of meeting weekly, daily and monthly sales targets.
• Analytical mindset to interpret customer data and market trends.
