Financial Operations Assistant

About the role

Join Avis Greece as a Financial Operations Assistant in the Credit & Collections Department. You will support credit operations by analysing financial data, assisting in credit evaluations, and ensuring smooth execution of credit and collection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process payments and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Support monthly closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Maintain organized filing systems and accounting databases.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Team as required.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS‑Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team‑oriented, ethical, reliable and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
